Twinstrap is a strapping method where a double loop is automatically laid around a stack piece. This double loop works like a pulley and distributes the forces appearing with the transport uniformly. With two separate single strappings this distribution effect  could not be achieved, so that Twinstrap allows a higher breaking load  with the same strap quality.  TITAN is the only manufacturer who offers components for the automated  twinstrap strapping.
