To qualify trainees in a better way the company built its own training workshop in Schwelm to guarantee its high standards in the fields of development, production, engineering and customer service. The new training workshop has been designed according to the latest technical and educational information. It includes a modern training classroom, a workshop for manual technical work, as well as an area with new CNC toolmachines for advanced trainees, which feeds into production. With their large banks of windows, all the rooms provide a pleasant environment and motivational atmosphere. The workshop ensures that TITAN will have qualified employees in the future.
